The system needs to automatically trigger interventions when dangerous thresholds approach. Not alerts to management sitting in distant offices, but immediate responses: personalized patient updates explaining realistic wait times, staff reallocation from less critical areas, activation of rapid response protocols.
The goal is catching that moment when frustration builds but before someone reaches their breaking point.

The violence statistics represent both human tragedy and system failure. AI offers powerful tools to address both the immediate crisis and underlying causes. But success requires technology that truly serves those providing care, not another burden to manage.
